- Compatibility for Bulbs: The smart switch dimmer only works with dimmable, non-smart bulbs--max 150W for LED/CFL, 400W for incandescent. Not compatible with smart or non-dimmable bulbs. Not compatible with Apple HomeKit
- Compatibility for Wiring and Pairing: Need a neutral wire (note: some homes built before the mid-1980s may not include one). Only works with single-pole setups, not 3-way or multiple ways.
