- Customizable Notification Options: Receive notifications through SMS, app alerts, and email when the valve changes state or when a connected YoLink device triggers an action. Each YoLink account includes 5 free SMS per month, and every additional YoLink device adds 5 more free SMS monthly.
- Seamless Third-Party Integrations: Easily integrate the valve controller with Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT, and Home Assistant. Use voice commands, automations, or routines to open or close the valve, giving you flexible and hands-free water control.
- Flexible Power Options and Long Battery Support: The Valve Controller 2 can operate on its built-in batteries for up to 2 years, or be powered directly. When using external power, the internal battery serves as a backup to maintain operation during power outages.
- Easy Installation with No Plumbing Work: The EVO Valve Operator attaches to your existing valve without cutting pipes or replacing plumbing components. Simply mount the operator, connect it to the valve controller, enjoy smart, reliable water shutoff control with minimal effort.
- Hub Required for Smart Features: A YoLink Hub (sold separately) is required for app control, remote access, notifications, and third-party integrations. Without a hub, only D2D functions with other YoLink devices will operate.
