About This
- VOLTAGE CONTROL: The SunTouch SunStat Relay R4 is not a thermostat. This device is designed to extend the area controlled by a Sunstat thermostat. The SunStat Relay R4 is a dual-voltage 120V/240V device that controls the voltage to SunTouch electric floor heating systems that require more than 15 amps; it should not be used with older model thermostats or relays. Includes built-in GFCI and status indicators to ensure safe operation.
- ENHANCED COMPATIBILITY: This relay device wires directly to SunStat thermostats - Connect Plus, Connect, and Command - for simple control of larger systems. Each relay requires an additional 20-amp circuit and individual circuit breaker.
- WIRELESS COMMUNICATION: Utilizing advanced 915MHz wireless technology, the SunStat Relay R4 can also communicate wirelessly with the SunStat ConnectPlus Thermostat, which supports Wi-Fi connectivity with apps for Android and iOS mobile devices and works with Alexa and Hey Google for voice control of your floor warming system. The free Watts Home app enables convenient monitoring and control of your system from anywhere and any time.
- HIGH-CAPACITY COVERAGE: This relay device can control up to 150 sq. ft. at 120V or 300 sq. ft. at 240V. Additionally, it allows daisy-chaining of up to ten relays for expansive control of up to 1,500 sq. ft. at 120V or 3,000 sq. ft. at 240V, making it ideal for large-scale installations.
- FEEL THE SUN: SunTouch provides a wide range of electric floor heating and snow melting systems that are widely used in residential, commercial, and institutional projects to create comfortable, warm, safe, inviting spaces. With more than 30 years of experience in electric radiant heating, we are proud to deliver quality products, simple-design services, and world-class support.
