• COMPATIBILITY - This is * Firewalla Purple SE*. The IPS functionality is limited to 500 Mbits. This device can be a router or bridging your existing router. When in Simple Mode, this device may not be compatible with all routers. Please look at the Compatibility Guide video, the "specification sheet" document in this listing, or compatibility guide in the manufacturing site to see which routers work with Firewalla. Set up may require login to your router to do basic configuration.

• DEEP INSIGHT - Firewalla uses deep insight and cloud-based behavior analytics engines to actively detect and automatically block problems as they arise. • HOW TO USE - the box comes with a USA power supply, a Cat 6 ethernet cable, and instructions for installation. Downloading the Firewalla App is required in order to set up your Purple SE. The app will guide your through the steps to set up your device. Using Purple SE in Router Mode (recommended) will require a modem and additional WiFi access points. If you want to continue to use your existing router as the main router, you can set up the Purple SE in Transparent Bridge Mode.
