Receive a text, receive an email, receive a phone push notification (including Apple phone "Critical Alert" severe weather/Amber alert type notifications that will activate your phone even if in silent mode. Android phones offer similar functionality, depending on phone manufacturer). SMS messages are limited to the total of 5 times each device plus 5. A hub and one sensor provides you with 15 free SMS per month.
