Effortlessly connect the gateway to the "Tuya Smart" app via WiFi to safeguard your home 24/7. The gateway ensures a stable connection for up to 24 WD71 water sensors. Note: Not compatible with 5GHz WiFi
- Instant Leak Alerts: When a leak is detected, the sensor triggers an alarm and sends a signal to the gateway (up to 328 ft in open areas; typically 150 ft indoors). The gateway instantly pushes notifications to your phone via WiFi, alerting you even when you’re away. Share the device with family for real-time monitoring from anywhere. Note：TUYA app push notifications are free — such as alerts appear on your phone's notification bar and lock screen. However, SMS and call alerts are charged by a third-party TUYA publisher, not RUKORING. Please consider your needs before enabling these services.
- Customizable Scheduling: Arm or disarm the detector automatically using the app’s timer feature. For example, disarm it at night to avoid disturbances or skip arming on rainy days for added convenience.
- Dual-Sensor Precision: Equipped with dual-sensor technology for early leak detection: - Top probesdetect dripping water. - Bottom probes(IP66 waterproof) sense water pooling. Ideal for high-risk areas like sinks, windows, or pipes. Powered by included AAA batteries.
- Loud Alarm with Mute Option: A 120dB buzzer (adjustable in 4 levels) and a 90dB gateway alert with flashing red light ensure you’re immediately notified. Silence the alarm via the app or a button on the sensor once the leak is addressed.
- User-Friendly Design: Test button and low-battery alerts for easy maintenance. Flashing indicator light provides visual alerts, even in the dark.
- High-Sensitivity Detection: The WD71 detector features 2 top probes and 4 bottom probes. *Note: More than two bottom probes must be triggered to avoid false alarms.
