So you can control all your Zigbee devices locally without having to invest in Zigbee hubs from different manufacturers. A truly universal gateway!
- Diverse Device Support The dongle can be used in open source automation platforms as a Zigbee 3.0 gateway to manage different sub-devices from different manufacturers and connect up to 128 devices.
- Device compatibility: high compatibility with different platforms and systems (e.g. Linux, Raspbian, Ubuntu, macOS, Windows). Note: Windows and macOS require installation of the appropriate driver.
- Wide range of supported devices: The dongle can be deployed in open source automation platforms as a ZigBee 3.0 gateway to manage different sub-devices from different manufacturers and connect up to 128 devices.
- Dongle Plus has pre-installed coordinator firmware and can be converted into a ZigBee router by flashing the router firmware to extend network range. Note: In router mode, it only amplifies the signal. A separate gateway is required for network management (coordinator).
