About This
- 🚗 VEHICLE-ONLY DETECTION – NO FALSE ALARMS The Dakota Alert Smart Probe 4000 uses an underground vehicle-sensing probe that detects metal vehicles only, eliminating false alerts caused by deer, animals, or people walking near your driveway.
- 📡 LONGEST WIRELESS RANGE IN ITS CLASS – UP TO 1 MILE* This long-range wireless driveway alarm transmits signals up to 1 mile between the sensor and receiver, providing dependable performance even on large properties where other systems fail. *Actual range will vary depending on terrain.
- 📱 SMART RECEIVER SENDS ALERTS TO YOUR PHONE The included SR-4000 Smart Receiver connects to your 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network and sends instant push notifications to the Dakota Alert smartphone app whenever a vehicle is detected.
- ⚙️ EASY INSTALLATION & EXPANDABLE SYSTEM Install the probe underground and pair it to the receiver using simple code-learning technology. The system can support up to 16 sensors per receiver, making it ideal for monitoring multiple driveways, gates, or entrances.
- 🔔 CUSTOM ALERTS & PROFESSIONAL OUTPUT OPTIONS Rename sensors inside the app to identify exactly which driveway or entrance was triggered. The SR-4000 receiver also includes two Form-C relay outputs and one 12VDC output for integration with sirens, lights, or automation systems.
- 🔋 ULTRA-RELIABLE BATTERY OPERATION The probe sensor operates on three CR-123A batteries (included) and typically runs over a year on one set of batteries. Unlike solar sensors, battery operation ensures dependable performance day or night, rain or snow.
